Yes. TFV collects step count and basic profile data only. Your step data is never shared with your employer - they only see aggregate engagement stats, not individual counts.
Unclaimed XP doesn't convert to tickets. Claim before Thursday 11:59pm for weekly missions, same day for daily ones. Set a reminder - don't leave tickets on the table.
